As a Warehouse Management Officer, you are responsible for the full logistics handling within the warehouse. You are the first point of contact for incoming goods, including unloading trucks with fresh eggs and other raw materials and checking deliveries for quality, quantity, and documentation. You ensure accurate administrative processing in the system so stock levels remain up to date and production can rely on accurate planning.
 
In this role, you work closely with the working foreman or team leader and actively contribute to optimising the flow of raw materials to the production departments. If disruptions or bottlenecks occur, you take immediate action or coordinate with the right stakeholders.
 
You also oversee the logistics process for outgoing goods and transport schedules. You coordinate planning, communicate with drivers, and ensure a clean and safe working environment. You perform periodic stock checks, particularly on egg inventory, and ensure accurate stock management in line with established procedures. Finally, you oversee cleaning activities in the warehouse and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
