As a Logistics Operator (Industrial), you will work in one of two specialised warehouses, each with its own way of working and team dynamic. Wherever you are placed, you’ll be deployed as an all-round logistics professional contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
 
In one warehouse, working hours are between 07:00 and 19:00, with rotating start times such as 07:00, 08:30 or 09:30. Everyone is trained in inbound operations as well, so flexibility is expected. You’ll work with both small and large components: smaller items are picked manually or with a picking cart, while larger goods are handled using forklifts, reach trucks, OPT or EPT equipment. Safety is the top priority here. Clear procedures and instructions ensure you and your colleagues can work safely. Bonus: your opinion really matters. Improvement ideas are taken seriously, and the working atmosphere is monitored just as closely as the inventory.
In the other warehouse, working hours are between 08:00 and 20:00, including an afternoon shift starting at 11:30. Here too, you’ll handle items of all sizes — from small components to batteries weighing up to 50 kg (always lifted together with a colleague). The atmosphere is calm and focused, with strong emphasis on safety. For extremely heavy items, cranes are available and you’ll receive full instructions (no certification required).
 
In both environments, you’ll use a handheld scanner and help maintain an organised warehouse. The atmosphere is calm, although the first and last hour of the day can be fast-paced — after all, customers expect their orders on time. Weekend work is generally not required.
