As a Line Leader, you are an essential part of our production process. Every day, you start with energy to ensure your production line runs smoothly. You begin by setting up the machines and checking that everything is ready for a productive day. Then you get production moving and monitor progress. A malfunction? No problem. You step in immediately, solve the issue, and get the line back up and running. You are the go-to person when technical problems arise.
 
Beyond the technical side, you play an important role within the team. You maintain oversight and ensure everyone knows their responsibilities. New colleagues? As a Line Leader, you train and guide them so they quickly feel at home on the production floor. You not only monitor productivity but also contribute to a positive team atmosphere, because a great workplace is just as important as delivering quality results.
 
You are also responsible for workplace safety. You ensure all safety procedures are followed and that the work environment stays clean and organised. In addition, you perform first-line machine maintenance and prepare and print product labels.
