As a Process Operator Coating, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring automated production lines used for coating aluminium and steel coils. The coating process requires precise alignment of chemical processes and continuous monitoring of product quality. You work with different coatings and materials and ensure the correct settings are applied according to customer specifications.
 
Before production starts, you collect and check all required materials, including paints, films, and metal coils. You read and interpret work orders, drawings, and technical instructions so you know exactly which parameters to set. During the process, you continuously perform quality measurements and accurately record data. You stay alert to deviations and act proactively to prevent downtime or quality loss.
 
As a Process Operator Coating, you are also responsible for performing minor technical maintenance and resolving basic malfunctions. This requires insight into mechanical and electrical processes and a structured way of working. You contribute to a safe and tidy work environment by actively maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety standards.
